Registration Procedure 2008-2009

REGISTRATION:

• Registration for church members and preschool families will begin on January 22, 2008.
• Registration for the community will begin February 4, 2008.
• All registration may be mailed in or dropped off at the preschool office.

DAYS AVAILABLE:

• Tuesday and Thursday for Toddlers
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for Two-year-olds
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for Three-year-olds
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for Three-year-olds
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for Pre K (Four-year-olds)

In order for your child to attend Morningside Presbyterian Preschool, ALL forms must be signed and completed at registration. Please be complete and provide all information requested.

1. Parent/Guardian Agreement Form
2. Application Form (Both sides)

FEE DUE AT REGISTRATION:

          $100.00 nonrefundable application fee.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

• Please make check payable to Morningside Presbyterian Preschool Program.
• Tuition is due one month in advance on the first of each month. Please write your child's name on your check.
• Tuition for May 2009 will be due May 1, 2008 to hold a space for your child for the 2008-2009 school year.

APPLICATION FORMS:

Anyone interested in enrolling a child in Morningside Presbyterian Preschool should print out a set of application forms (the online application form is a PDF file and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded free from the Adobe Site), request a set of application forms by email, or request a set of application forms by telephone (404.685.8758). The online set of application forms includes the Parent/Guardian Agreement Form.
