ADULT FAITH DEVELOPMENT
(SESSION ROOM)
On Sunday, the adult class will explore the impact of our easy access to the Bible.  Does access through technology change the ways in which we read and interpret scripture?  The class meets in the Session Room at 9:45.   All are welcome.

PARENTING CLASS
(ROOM 201)
This Sunday's discussion will center on Imago Dei (in the image of God). What does it mean to be human and loved by God? Mat Frease will lead.

CHILDREN
The Pre-K/K class will learn about Jesus encounters with the children. The elementary class will continue their studies of the Beatitudes.

THOUGHT OF THE WEEK
Grace must find expression in life, otherwise it is not grace. - Karl Barth

CHILDREN'S CHOIR
Children's choir rehearsals begin tomorrow, February 28, from 6 to 6:30 p.m. in Room 001. All children, 5 years old through fifth grade, are invited. For the next four Wednesdays we will prepare to sing for the Palm Sunday service. Email jcrutchfield@morningsidepc.org for more information.

ICM FOOD DRIVE
Now through Sunday, March 3 Morningside is collecting non-perishable foods for the pantry at Intown Collaborative Ministries. Needed items are: 15 oz. canned fruit, bottled water, soup, canned or single-serve vegetables (beets, yams, peas, carrots, corn, and green beans), cereal, spaghetti sauce, jelly, spam, Vienna sausages, hot cocoa, cider, and tea bags. Please place your donations in the marked barrel in the Welcome Center.

BECOME A MEMBER!
It is important to have a church home -- a place to worship God, a place to grow in your faith and to turn to in times of trouble. We will schedule a class soon and want to hear from you. We invite you to join us in our journey of faith. If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact  Baron.Mullis @morningsidepc.org.

There are a few Toddler (15 months by Sept. 1) openings remaining for the 2018-19 school year.
