ABLE Leadership Training April 16
Atlantans Building Leadership Empowerment is conducting a training that equips ordinary people to become leaders who effect change in their communities.  You are invited to join Rev. MPP Summer Camp
The preschool offers camp on a week-by-week basis for five weeks this summer.  Details about camps and registration forms can b found on the preschool pages at www.morningsidepc.org.  Those completing the Toddler, Twos, Threes and PreK years are welcome, friends and neighbors too.  All Toddler and Twos camps have gone to waiting lists, but we are likely to add  extra classes weeks 2-4, so till let us know of your interest.  A few remaining opening in most weeks for those completeing Threes and PreK classes.  Contact Director Melinda Sandkam at mpp@morningsidepc.org for details on availability.
 
SPRING FLING APRIL 23
Mark your calendars now to come out for lots of fun at the Preschool's Spring fundraiser on Saturday, April 23, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.  There will be a play area for younger children inside again this year in Fellowship Hall.  Bouncies, face painting, trains, balloon artists, petting zoo and more will provide loads of fun.  Delicious food and great raffle baskets will also be featured.  Invite your neighbors, bring your children and grandchildren, volunteer for a shift!  We hope to see you there.  Contact Melinda for information on raffle tickets (prizes are $100 value baskets assembled by each class ranging from Game or Movie Night baskets to Skin Care and Hit the Jackpot themes).  We also welcome sponsors for our fun activities.  Fundraising is an important part of our annual budget and recent efforts have funded items such as expansion and improvement of playground.  
 
INTOWN COLLABORATIVE MINISTRIES
By attending the 4th annual Arts and Eats Fundraiser on Sunday, May 1st from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Atlanta History Center, you will be supporting Intown Collaborative Ministries.  Advanced tickets are $85 per person until March 31st.  Please visit www.intowncm.org/artsandeats for more details and tickets, or contact LauraUlep@gmail.com.  We're also collecting 100 wine bottles in the Welcome Center until Sunday, April 24.
