We are excited to welcome Dr. Chip Hardwick, our denomination's director of the Office of Theology and Worship, to our pulpit this Sunday.  Dr. Hardwick is a sought after preacher and teacher, having served churches in Illinois and before that, Atlanta's North Avenue Presbyterian Church.  Dr. Hardwick holds a Ph.D in homiletics from Princeton Theological Seminary where he was a classmate of Baron Mullis.

Our children's choirs will lead worship this coming Sunday. We ask parents to bring their choir singers this Wednesday at 5:30 for rehearsal, then again Sunday, February 21 at 10:15 a.m. for rehearsal in the Sanctuary. The children will robe and process with the ministers and the Chancel Choir. "A little child shall lead them," the Bible says. And so it will be this coming Sunday.
To celebrate Anna's seven years of service as she retires, we will honor her with a special 11 a.m. service, with Joanna Adams preaching, and a retirement luncheon on Sunday, March 6. The church will provide Fox Brothers' Barbecue (Anna's favorite) and the congregation is asked to bring a covered dish. A-O, please bring a salad or side to share, and P-Z, please bring a dessert to share. RSVP's help us to order the right amount of food and are received at office@morningsidepc.org
