THEOLOGY STUDY WITH BARON MULLIS
The Theology Group will resume its monthly meeting this Thursday, January 21, at 12:30 p.m. in Baron's office.

CLIFTON SANCTUARY MINISTRIES
Please join us in preparing and serving a meal to the men of Clifton sanctuary ministries on Saturday, January 23 at 5:30 p.m. Meal service usually lasts an hour to an hour and a half and is a wonderful opportunity to help in our community, as well as meet and chat with the men about their experiences. A sign up sheet is in the hallway outside of the sanctuary, and if you have any questions feel free to contact David Johnston at 617.233.2004 or dmjohnst@gmail.com.

WOMEN'S ROUNDTABLE
On Monday, January 25, Betsy Holland will lead the group in a discussion about Lent - our various traditions, and how MPC observes it. Members and friends are invited for dinner and fellowship at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Lynn Young, 277 The Prado, 30309. RSVP to Sarah Brownlee rsbrownlee1046@att.net.

YOUR PRESENCE IS REQUESTED...
Plan to remain after worship Sunday, January 31 for Morningside's Annual Meeting.

IS GOD CALLING YOU TO JOIN MORNINGSIDE?
If so, the next opportunity will be February 7. We offer two classes: an Inquirers' Class which is basically Presbyterianism 101 on January 31; followed by a New Members' class, when you join the church, on February 7. You may come to either or both classes. If God is calling you to unite with Morningside Presbyterian, please e-mail or call Baron Mullis baron.mullis@morningsidepc.org; 404.876.7396.

SAVE THE DATE!
Children's Ministry will host the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper on February 9 in the Fellowship Hall from 5:30-6:45 p.m. This is a fun event for the preschool and the congregation. Children are invited to wear their pajamas! There is no charge for this event, but we do ask for donations of children's pajamas for Threads. Threads is an outreach of All Saint's Episcopal Church to serve and clothe children in our community. Entertainment for the kids will include a magician! We need volunteers to make pancakes and help with setup and clean up. If you would like to make a dinner reservation and/or sign up to volunteer, please email Julie Schoen,juliecschoen@me.com.
