New Member Classes

We offer New Member classes at 9:45 a.m. on select Sundays in our Parlor, where Elders share insights about life at Morningside and Pastor Joanna Adams leads discussions about faith and commitment.  This is a time to get answers to your questions about our church and perhaps examine your faith.

If you have been thinking about joining Morningside on our next New Member Sunday (June 29), please plan on coming to the Inquirers' Class at 9:45 a.m. in the Session Room 103. The Session will meet immediately afterward to receive new members. New members (and anyone interested in joining the church) are also invited to informal gatherings where we will spend time talking about what it means to be Presbyterian and how we are called to follow the way of Christ in the world today. We'll also share information about how to get connected through the various ministries of Morningside. Led by our Pastor Joanna Adams and Associate Pastor Chris Henry, these gatherings are sometimes held on Sunday afternoons or weekday evenings, and information about these events, when scheduled, can be found on the church's calendars.
